Service Agreements

A Service Agreement is a contract to keep your elevator products and control components fully operational and to minimize downtime and the need for emergency call-outs.

Safety is our first priority and in accordance with industry best practice and the current guidelines of the AEA (Australian Elevator Association) and in conjunction with our trusted partner the Alto Lift Company we offer three month, six month and annual inspection and service plans.

We provide expert advice to identify the plan that best suits your budget and individual needs based on a number of factors including the age and the type of elevator product that you have and the level / frequency of its use.
